"Kathy is everything I look for in a Pilates instructor: attentive, has a great sense of body mechanics and movement, and offers excellent suggestions for improvement. She likes to laugh and brings an ease and lightness to the practice. My exercises are perfectly suited for what my body can handle and works to make me stronger while being attuned to injuries and weak areas. Since starting to work with Kathy, my body is stronger and the pain in my lower back and hip is greatly diminished. I am looking forward to many more years of Pilates with Kathy; I can count on her to keep every session fresh and interesting.
